Commercial Window Cleaning Service

Our speciality lies in window cleaning. We can clean windows in all shapes and sizes of business properties, from small shops and offices to large complexes and showrooms. Using our pole system we can reach awkward windows and Velux roof windows, that are usually inaccessible using traditional methods.

As well as thoroughly cleaning all of the windows we can also clean glass atriums and roofs. Our staff all wear company uniforms, are polite and courteous and work to a very high standard.

We provide full risk assessments and method statements, free of charge, on request.

We use both traditional methods and water fed poles, with pure water.

Window Cleaning With Water Fed Poles

Water poles are now the health and safety approved method for cleaning.

Briefly, this method involves highly purified water being pumped from a holding tank up a telescopic pole to a brush head, where it is jetted under low pressure onto the glass, agitated to remove dirt, rinsed off then left to air dry, without leaving a residue.

This produces superb results with the operator still safely on the ground.

The method is effective up to 5floors, (50-60 ft), but not practical over this height. We do not currently undertake work any higher than this.

Traditional Methods

Used mainly where it is impractical to use the water fed poles method. For example shop windows on pedestrianised streets or internal windows.

This method involves manually applying highly purified water and detergent and removing the liquid with a squeegee.

What is Pure Water?

In its pure state, water is one of the most aggressive solvents known.

Called the “universal solvent,” water, to a certain degree, will dissolve virtually everything to which it is exposed.

Pure water has a very high energy state and, like everything else in nature, seems to achieve energy equilibrium with its surroundings.

It will dissolve the quantity of material available until the solution reaches saturation, the point at which no higher level of solids can be dissolved.

We produce our own pure water from tap water using a high-tech filtration system, comprising of four stages.

1. Pre-filtration - this removes larger contaminants, dirt and metal molecules.

2. Reverse Osmosis - This removes almost all remaining contaminants.

3. Second Reverse Osmosis Stage - For further purity.

4. Ion Exchange Resin - This removes anything that has been left after the first three stages.

We test our water each morning with a special device to ensure it is absolutely pure before we use it on your windows.

The system that we use has been tested and approved by the Water Quality Association.
